Registration and Access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you must have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Using Our Services

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you may use the Services for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and policies.

What You May Not Do

• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive conduct.
• Attempt to reverse engineer models, algorithms, or systems.
• Extract outputs or data in automated ways that violate our policies.
• Interfere with security controls, safety mitigations, or rate limits.
• Use outputs to build competing models or systems.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-generated.

Content

You may submit prompts, files, instructions, or other materials (“Input”) and receive responses or generated materials (“Output”). Input and Output together are “Content.”

You are responsible for ensuring your Content does not violate law or these Terms. You represent you have rights necessary to submit Input.

Ownership

As between you and Pawa AI, you retain rights in your Input. Subject to applicable law, you own Output generated for you.

Similarity of Content

Because of the nature of AI systems, outputs may not be unique and other users may receive similar outputs.

Accuracy and AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate output. You should evaluate output for accuracy before relying on it.

• Output should not be treated as sole source of truth.
• Human review is recommended where consequences are significant.
• Outputs must not be used as sole basis for legal, medical, employment, or credit decisions.

Intellectual Property

Pawa AI and its licensors retain ownership of the Services, software, models, branding, and underlying technology. You may only use our name and logo in accordance with our brand guidelines or with our prior written permission.

Paid Services

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to applicable pricing and billing terms. Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled. We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal so that you can cancel if you do not agree to the price increase

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Required by law.
• Your use creates risk or harm.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWA AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawa AI from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Before formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt informal resolution. Disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration or applicable courts, subject to governing law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Pawa AI operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
